FICA Declaration

The Financial Intelligence Centre Act and its Regulations (“FICA”) place various obligations on us as an accountable institution. In order to give full effect to the provisions and purpose of the FIC Act DNPM has ensured that the company has a fully developed Risk Management and Compliance Programme and is compliant with all prescribed measures. PAIA Manual

The Promotion of Access to Information Act, No. 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”) seeks to give effect to the constitutional right of access to any information, where such information is required for the exercise or protection of any right, and gives natural and juristic persons the right of access to records held by either a private body or public body, subject to certain limitations. This manual has been prepared to facilitate the requests for access to records of the company as provided for in PAIA, in accordance with section 51 of the Act.
